Then you may be able to get the necessary support in capital, people, resources and expertise. We offer you extensive development pathways for these sectors with content support by our own R&D-Companies (TOP and TDI) and availability of technological facilities.
NEW. Office space and technical facilities (incl. laboratory) for rent. Office spaces ranging from 12 m² (individual unit) up to an entire wing of 250 m² are available. Office space prices are approximately EUR 150/m² per year. Discounts may be possible depending on the desired rental period. Spaces are ready for immediate use, and specific preferences can be accommodated upon consultation. Additionally, a standard laboratory space is available (also as a shared facility), along with technical spaces (workspace, storage), totaling 500 m². The technical area is equipped with a rolling door. Technical space prices are approximately EUR 100/m² per year. Here, too, specific preferences can be accommodated upon consultation.
